Government college students are highly satisfied when it comes to dealing with their lecturers for solving doubts, getting guidance for projects and connecting with alumni. In private colleges the faculty are not good as government colleges. Private colleges recruit graduates who have hardly 3-5 years of experience as lecturers and they have very little or no teaching experience.
